Refund Policy of Shigoto Travels
1. General Policy
Our goal at Shigoto Travels is to ensure your satisfaction with our travel services. However, we understand that plans may change and cancellations may be necessary. Our refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while also allowing us to manage bookings effectively.
2. Cancellation and Refund Procedures
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing either by email or through our online booking platform. The date on which the request is received by Shigoto Travels will determine the applicable refund.
Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
Tour Packages:
- More than 30 days prior to the start date: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
- 15 to 30 days prior to the start date: 50% refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
- Less than 15 days prior to the start date: No refund available.
Hotel Booking:
- More than 14 days prior to the check-in date: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
- 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date: 50% refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
- Less than 7 days prior to the check-in date: No refund available.
Car Booking:
- More than 7 days prior to the booking date: Full refund.
- 3 to 7 days prior to the booking date: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days prior to the booking date: No refund available.
- If a car is unavailable after a payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Some travel services or special promotions may require non-refundable deposits or fees. These are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
5. Exceptions
In cases where Shigoto Travels must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Refunds may also be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances such as illness or family emergencies. Documentation may be required.
6. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Delays may occur due to banking procedures or disputes.
7. Changes by Customers
Changes to bookings after the final payment may incur fees. If changes result in a reduction of services, the refund policy will apply as stated.
